Highly recommend! They always do good work and usually have availability right away. They have done great work on the breaks on both of our cars but recently went above and beyond to help me with an issue. They are also super friendly and nice and you can trust them to do good work. I really highly recommend them!

Was in need of some fairly laborious repairs, late Monday evening...so I called from about 30 miles away, just to see if they could fit me in. Wade answered and was very accommodating. He agreed to do the service then, before they went home. They had the parts couriered there, as well as getting the work completed before 6pm and he even offered a price that was less than what was originally quoted. It's hard to be anything less than pleased, with this kind of customer service.

Pulled in with a nail in my tire, fixed it in less than 15 mins. Exceptional customer service and friendly staff.

I'd really like to share just how intimidating it can be walking into a dealership or repair shop as a woman. While I know not everyone is trying to take advantage, my experience at MAVIS truly restored my faith in this industry. Heres the backstory:A few weeks ago, I went to my dealership to have my vehicle appraised as I was considering a trade-in. During the appraisal, the used car specialist whom also has a repair shop claimed I needed $1,500 worth of repairs for what he suspected was a wheel bearing issue. After waiting for weeks for my dealership to follow up and learning that wheel bearings are actually covered under my warranty (I was never informed of this by the dealership until I asked), I finally got my appointment scheduled. I was then told that Id have to pay $189.99 for an inspection, but if it turned out to be a covered part, Id only need to pay my $250 deductible, and theyd handle the rest.Well, surprise surpriseturns out it wasnt the wheel bearings at all, and I was out $189.99. Then, I was told I needed 4 new tires, rear rotors resurfaced, new front and rear brakes, an alignment, and a new air filter. They also mentioned my valve cover was leaking but assured me it wasnt urgent. So, if you have the money to spare, you can go ahead and pay the dealership 2-3 times more. Im so glad I didnt.A few days later, I took my car to Mavis in Dawsonville without an appointment, where I was warmly greeted by Heath and Dustin. I shared my concerns, and to my surprise, they said, "We offer free inspections here." I couldnt believe it. Thats nearly $200 I couldve saved. They confirmed some of the issues the dealership mentioned, as well as informed me of what I was mislead to believe was wrong with my vehicle when it actually wasn't. More importantly, they took the time to actually show me the problems and explain them in a way the dealership never did.To find a place where I felt genuinely educated rather than taken advantage of was such a relief. Not only was the work done efficiently and on time, and at a great price, but the conversations with Heath and Dustin were great. I wont be going anywhere else. They even gave me valuable advice about not ignoring the valve cover leak, which the dealership had brushed off. They suggested it might be covered under my bumper-to-bumper or powertrain warranty. While they dont handle that service, they gave me the confidence to reach out to my dealership againthough Im not exactly looking forward to working with them again.MAVIS has earned my trust, and Ill definitely be back!*this is super small compared to what I had done, but here's a picture of my air filter that my dealership said I needed*
