Went there for an oil change and the Walter was very Knowledgeable and helpful. It was not a long wait, and he answered all questions that I had. The staff was great would surely recommend this establishment to anyone whom is in need of car maintenance.

This is the absolute worse store ever.. I cannot tell you how unprofessional and what a horrific experience I have had. In the last 12 months I have bought 4 new tires from them in the last 12 months. Less than 10 months one of the tires has a flat and I come to them to fix it as I had also bought a warranty. The lady there Sahar tells me I dont have a warranty and they cant fix the tire and now I have to buy a new one. When I told her that I just bought the tire and how can the tire not be fixed, she says this is all we can do, if you dont want it, take you car and hung up on me. I believe they are selling sub standard products and trying to make more money by upselling to customersFinally when I said I want nothing to do with them, they put my bad tire on the car and put ten spare back in the boot. I asked them to put the spare tire back on so I can take my car away, they said its not company policy to put the spare tire. I asked them why did they put the bad tire on to begin with.This is the most horrific experience I have had and I didnt a big brand like Mavis would behave like this. Spare yourself some agony and dont go to Mavis Raritan and more so do not speak with Sahar. She speaks as if customers are trash. If I could I could give 0 stars

I called Mavis Tires, I unfortunately had to get my tires replaced urgently the man behind the phone named Walter helped me out immensely. He told me that I could come right in and immediately as I parked the car and walked through the doors he helped me out swiftly and courteously. As I waiting for my vehicle he helped me understand pricing as well as staying in contact with the mechanic working on my car Eli, who not only went above and beyond to find other problems with my vehicle but also took the time to explain what each part did and the importance of the individual parts. Overall, my experience with the people at Mavis was Exemplary kudos to their kindness, dedication to their customers, and their community.
