If you value your life, do NOT go to this store! Last year I switched on winter tires there. As soon as I drove out of the store, my car started vibrating - had to return back for a second fix. As it turned out, their way to "fix" the problem was to tighten the screws so much that the screws broke! When I switched off the winter tires today (at a different store), I saw three of four wheels had broken screws on them! Had I drove this car to highway in the past winter, I may not have my life to write this review today. It's unbelievable how they managed to turn a simple tire-switch job into a broken car at first, then turn a broken car into a death trap in the second time. I will NEVER go to this store!

First off they quoted me over $1100 for my wife's car and tried upselling me every step of the way. The tall guy working the front desk told me her back tires were bad when they still were at 90% (checked by two other shops same day) even after I explained what had happened and why wear was so uneven from front compared to the back. Two other tire shops (Firestone and Fox tire) looked it it after that same day and said the back tires were absolutely fine and didn't need to be replaced. I ended up going back to Fox tire in buffalo off William where they did 2 new tires in the front, an oil change, alignment, and inspection for just over $500 They also did my car the next day for four brand new tires and an inspection and my total for TWO VEHICLES was the same price if not slightly less this location tried charging me for work on just one vehicle. The part that gets me most is the tall older guy at the desk looking me dead in the eye and telling me all four tires needed to be replaced and immediately dismissed my questions. Why would two other shops tell me the back tires were absolutely perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced? Canceled the appointment for my wife's car and the one I had made for my car later that day on the spot and drove down to Fox tire where they actually took care of us. Save yourself some money and give them a call in buffalo and you will get the best deal in town. This place also tried getting me to pay for some type of tire protection when Fox tire covers all tire repairs if you run over a nail or something like that plus free tire rotations at no extra cost. I see the reviews for this place are mostly positive and that's one of the reasons I originally picked this shop but I was very disappointed.
