Just left the place. Super happy customer. I had a nail in my front right tire. I have the worst luck with getting nails in my tires and have had to get them replaced every single time. Paul took care of me. Nicest guy. Took it in, checked it, fixed it, done. All while i checked a couple of emails. I will for sure be back. Excellent service.

They know their tires. Store manager Paul was was very helpful and patient. He gave me several options for me to make the final decision. I will be back.

Incompetence, unreliable and underhanded. These are just a few words to describe Mavis Yorktown.They charged me for checking my battery without consulting me, I had shock absorbers installed last August, and I had to replace them today. I would NEVER come back to this or any Mavis shop again. I contacted management and never heard from them. I guess incompetentance runs from the top down.

Mavis of Yorktown is the best. Ive been going to them for all my tire needs for over 20 years. Id like to give praise to Dave who helped schedule, and oversee my most recent appointment to install new wheels and tires. He was very clear and made sure the job was completed the right way. Thank you!

Paul and his staff were very accommodating for me when I had a minor accident and needed to change out my rim and tires. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure both myself and my car were good to go.Highly recommend going here for your car needs!

Needed a tire repair...online scheduling was easy. When I arrived, Paul the service manager got me checked in immediately, gave me an accurate estimate of servicing time and called as soon as the car was ready for pick-up...great experience and had the car back in no time.

I had an issue with some new wiper blades I had just replaced at the Kear Street location in Yorktown Heights NY. I called & was lucky enough to speak with Paul, the manager there. He had me come in & replaced the wiper blade no questions asked, was a Gentleman & I couldnt be Happier! They were a little over a month old and I very much Appreciated his Honesty & Support!

I came here because I was at work when my car had issues... that was the best part about this hole ordeal. This is the best Mavis Store I have been at and I have been at many diferent ones because of where I've had issues with my vehicles. Now I know where to come no matter what, it will always be worth everything you could spend on towing because the type of service makes a huge difference and here the service will never disappoint.
