Mavis Tires and Brakes in Yulee (463697 Rt 200), FL

These guys always do a great job on our vehicles- great deals and service on new tires and service appointments and great work on a patch repair job we had done recently. Would highly recommend them for all vehicle maintenance and tire service needs.

?????2 days agoNewLost brake pressure in my BMW X3 so it needed to be bled and new fluid added. Bleeding newer brakes requires activating the ABS system electronically. Mavis said "No problem" so I had it towed tothem. The next day they called and said they wouldn't touch it because I had to manually over-ride the automatic park system in order to get it to roll. So I had to tow it to Corbin Auto for an extra $150. Mavis had done a nice job repairing a leaking tire a while back, but never again will I use them.Mavis Corporate reached out to me in response to my disappointment and made good my complaint with a voucher to help get my new tires mounted and an alignment. Since they also own Tire Kingdom I think I'll go there. I did upgrade this review to 4 stars for the extra effort they Mavis made to rectify the problem.

Fixed screw in tire in a timely manner. $ 42.00, a little high, but great service.

Customer service was very formal and helpful. Brought a tire I needed to get replaced and they were able to handle it with no problem.
