Capricorn UHP - 285/40VR22

I requested Goodyear tires to place to replace the Goodyears that were on my car, and instead the Mavis salesman sold me these over the phone, without disclosing that they were a different brand. I specifically asked for Goodyear. When I arrived at the Mavis shop in Webster, I didn't see the tires prior to installation. As I had requested Goodyear over the phone, I thought I was being sold Goodyear tires, and didn't realize they were a different brand until many days later. The Goodyear tires I was replacing were also purchased from Mavis, a few years ago, thus I had no reason to think the new tires were a different brand. I am disappointed at the sales point, however, thus far this brand has been ok in dry normal driving conditions.

I live in Georgia only went down to to Florida but so far so good. Being that I haven't had any snow, ice or rain I just chose a suitable answer

They were the right tire for my situation. Only wanted 2 tires ( had screw in pass. front tire by sidewall ) and have 26k on 2 rear tires. They have good traction/temp. rating but are not a high mileage tire, so a good choice.

The staff at the Plant City Tire Kingdom/Mavis were very helpful. The Capricorn tires are great. The noise level is probably my car and not the tires. Very nice riding tires. I will keep coming back. These are better so far than the more expensive tires I had. I just got them last week. Very reasonable and even got the warranty. There is too much construction going on now to get anything more expensive than these. Great tires!

The tires were going on and off road. But Mechanical needs to be on time. The manager was fairly new to his profession but he makes sure I was taking care of at the time. Good customers service all around.

Point Pleasant Mavis is the best ! They handled my needs quickly and efficiently. When i had an issue shortly after buying the tires, they took care of it quickly and efficiently too - no questions asked.I would definitely recommend this Mavis site.
