You guys could have reinstalled valve stem caps. I had to get new ones on my own. No big deal, but it should be mentioned. This is my only complaint. Had I not noticed it a couple weeks out, it could have become a problem. Very little money involved with this, but it displays a lack of attention at best and a bad attitude at worst. I'd like think this was just an oversight due to a fast pace in the shop. Ultimately, this is forgiveable and minor and will not impact my future business.
Liking these new tires. Cut WAY down on the road noise. Such a more quite ride. Car handles very well. I will definitely purchase these again when the need arrives.
Extremely good tires for the price. I've previously had the same brand and model tires on another vehicle and I'm still impressed with the longevity and performance of the tires in all conditions. While they're excellent on dry, they really show their value in wet and snowy conditions. They don't stick like glue, but they'll keep you safe when you need them to. They're a little hard with some road noise, but it gets drowned out in the general noise of the road.
The locations customer service was superb. I felt confident in their recommendations, pricing comparison between tire choices, and quality of service provided. My car was ready to pick up when promised. The call center was a different experience, they do not differentiate themselves from the actual location which caused some confusion over the estimate the call center provided and the estimate that was sent to the location. Eventually they got it worked out and stood behind the estimate provided by the call center but it caused unnecessary confusion and frustration plus multiple phone calls to the call center.
Tires are very quiet and handle great. We haven't had a chance to drive on ice or in deep snow as of yet but have driven on snow covered roads with no problems.
So far these tires are excellent. The price was great. They provide a smooth and quiet ride. Even though I have used them in dry and wet conditions I have not used the in snow yet.
