Scorpion ATR - 275/65HR18

Excellent service and staff, plan to use this shop for more service projects.

Have about 10 k on these tires. Ride is excellent along with handling. Tires perform well on dry and wet roads. Located in Rochester NY and the tires did well in light to moderate snow fall. It was a mild winter so had no opportunity in deep snow. Overall love the tires and the ride is great.

Went to Mavis here for new tires for my F-150 since they had the Scorpions that Hertrich couldn't get. Seemed good until.... Two of the four tires were over inflated, one at 42 psi and one at 39! Seriously? Had to deflate them to the recommended 36 psi. The next day I found the under carriage cover was dragging under the truck. Perhaps they neglected to tighten the screws? Had to take it to a local place in Milford with a lift to get it affixed. Then upon driving on the highway, a few days later noticed the ride was rough. Took it in for an oil change and had the dealer check the balance. It was totally off, so they rotated and balanced for $90. What kind of tire only specialist store is this place?

Have experienced no ice or snow as yet. The staff was competent, helpful & efficient!

i have a front wheel drive vehicle and the first time i drove threw the snow i couldnt believe how they tore up the snow it was like having a four wheel drive vehicle. great tires
