Great tires for the car

The replacement tires were same as original on the GLC 300. The original run flats were good tires, so went with the same. Mavis was great to work with and their prices were good.

Tires seem to be good. It's my second set from you. Overpriced but good. Only issue with these tires is after about 30-40% wear, they make noise. Other than that, very good tire IMO.However your service is another story. The reason I got new tires is because of my very recent 90 K mile multipoint inspection. They told me my tires had dry rot and needed to be replaced even though they had plenty of tread left. But I want to be safe and got new tires.Before they started working, I got a call from your service dept telling me I needed to replace the struts and the shocks. I said hold off as i just had the car in for service and they made no mention of that. I was told that the inner part of tire would be torn up. Yikes! I ran the car back to lexus and said what's up? How did you miss this ?? He told me the struts and shocks were just checked. When i told him what your shop said he was very concerned and told me to bring my car in right away. Well I did and he went over that car very carefully and took

Horrendous. I will never return to your facility. I spent almost $1000 and called a few weeks later because one of my tires was continuously leaking air. I was told my only recourse was to purchase a new tire. There was no offer to inspect for damage or repairable issue. I took it to a local mechanic who found the air valve to be loosely installed and tightened it for no charge. Your place is a disgrace.

Excellent tires replaced same set came with truck that had 30k miles on them

The tires were installed with a torque gun. I got a flat tire with my week old tires and couldnt get the lug nuts off. Two cops stopped and they couldn't get them off either, they were too tight. The torque specs on my lug nuts are 105 lbft, God only knows when Mavis tightened them to. I had to call roadside assistance, and they removed them with a torque gun.

I'm still getting used to the new tires on the truck, but there is a different in the ride for the the better

Have had the tires for 6 months. So far, so good. Not as quite on grooved roads as a others I'd ridden on. I haven't had them during winter for snow and ice traction, so no opinion yet.

Tires are good, but I would not buy them from Mavis ever again.
