I could not be more satisfied with my tire purchase and the service that I received. The commitment to customer satisfaction from this particular location was over the top. There was not one person in the entire process that I would not recommend for a promotion based on how well they performed. Everyone at this location exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing new tires wanting an incredible experience.

Very nice tires. Smooth ride . Low noise level. Mavis employees I had contact with were very pleasant and professional and obliging. I called about noon to see if they had the tires and if they could replace my tires that day . I was told they had to get them from their warehouse but they could get the job done. They did just that! I was there about two hours and then out the door! It was great experience

Would not buy again from this location. Manager soliciting bribes and kickbacks from both suppliers and employees to get shifts. Employees afraid to report manager and fear repercussions and loss of job based on whistleblower retaliation.

I had terrible tread wear with the identical factory tires, only got 14,000--so, we will see how the replacements work out--Service was very good at the Oakland Park facility

Tires are great. Still feel the car pulls to the right and the alignment isn't right.
