I can't answer most of thesequestions because I've only had the tires for a few days.

Just got the tires. Need time to drive before I can rate tire itself. Anton was great.

The tires were put on with the wrong amount of air in them. One tire had 18psi less than all the other ones.

The tires I bought from Mavis were fine. Everything I was explained however. The Mavis counter sales person crystal unsold me an inspection which I explained that this car had not been Registered yet and she assured me that this would be no problem. I also explained that I put a different car's license plate on the car just to get it to the Mavis shop 2 miles from where the car was. When I picked up the car she told me that the inspection failed and I was still responsible to pay for it. When I asked why it failed as I bought this car from a dealership that had just gone over the car, Crystal showed me the inspection report and hand written on it was no horn instant fail. I asked to see the mechanic who did the inspection and explained that this model cars horn was not in the center of the steering wheel but off to the left and right if the airbag on the steering wheel and I went outside and honked the horn several times. In addition they typed into the inspection report that the car was not properly r

After these 2 tires were installed on my 2 year old Toyota, I started hearing grinding from the left front tire and squeaking from the right side. I am very concerned about this because I've never heard these sounds before.

This place is so bad never go there service is so bad they messed up my rims and not taking responsibility at all and very rude customer service never have I dealt with service like this

These tires are very noisy. I don't know if I ever buy this brand again
